Diva Dog Grooming LLC is looking for fellow pet lovers to join our team! We have a flexible schedule and pay is based on experience. We are looking for individuals who want to work with pets in a one-to-one, appointment based salon setting. We are the region's only Fear Free certified grooming salon and try to maintain a calm, welcoming environment for pets and their people. We pride ourselves on our fast and knowledgable service. We primarily work with dogs, but experience with other pets is a plus!

Pet Groomer
Full or part-time
Duties of the Pet Groomer:
Handling dogs and puppies of all breeds and sizes safely.
Grooming pets to completion.
Discussing grooming requirements with dog owners and coworkers.
Keeping the salon, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
Keep detailed grooming, behavior, and health notes on pets.
Experience/requirements:
1 year or more professional Pet Grooming experience.
Ability to safely and timely complete an aesthetically pleasing groom on dogs with minimal assistance.
Ability to handle animals in a professional and safe manner.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, crouch, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to work in an occasionally wet, loud, and/or warm environment.
Ability to acquire and maintain Fear Free and AKC SAFE certifications.
Age 18+
Compensation:
Hourly pay starting at $20/hr and based on experience/skill level

Bather
Full or part-time, no experience required!
Duties of the Bather:
Handling dogs and puppies of all breeds and sizes safely.
Complete Bath & Brush dogs (bath, brush, dry, nails, ears, etc)
Complete Nails Only appointments
Keeping the salon, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
Keep detailed grooming, behavior, and health notes on pets.
Experience/requirements:
Ability to stand, crouch, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to work in an occasionally wet, loud, and/or warm environment.
Ability to communicate clearly with clients and coworkers.
Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
Ability to acquire and maintain AKC SAFE certification.
Compensation:
Hourly pay starting at $12/hr and based on experience/skill level
